Atlas Park is the world’s first exploration incubator built on the industrial backbone of First Quantum Minerals Ltd (TSX: FM). We combine elite geoscience, 20 years of proprietary data, and institutional capital to solve the global copper deficit.
Global copper demand will double from 25Mt to 50Mt by 2035. Yet ore grades have declined 40% since 2000, and 30% of projected supply simply doesn't exist. The industry currently spends over $200M per discovery using fragmented, "hits-driven" speculation.
Atlas Park replaces this with a rigorous, data-driven incubation engine designed to find Tier-1 assets.
Our Process
01 | Hypothesis Generation
We don't search. We simulate. Our AI models run against 20 years of proprietary data to identify exactly where deposits should have formed—assessing more targets, faster, than traditional methods allow.
02 | Incubation
We recruit elite founders and form a company around a specific geological model. Each launches with capital, drill-ready targets, and operational support from day one. Our teams explore, not fundraise.
03 | Validation
We fund a concentrated drilling campaign to validate the model. If it breaks, we close the company and recycle the capital into the next opportunity. If it holds, we scale.
04 | Scale
Our structure lets portfolio companies retain significant carried interest in discovered assets without dilution. Founders and early investors preserve equity value through feasibility and into production.
We are currently deploying teams and capital across 350,000 hectares of secured exploration licenses in the world’s most prolific copper belts.

Our footprint spans the world’s most prolific copper belts. Through our partnership, FQM has contributed their entire Latin American license portfolio, giving us immediate scale with active, high-conviction targets. This includes over 300,000 hectares in Argentina’s Mendoza and San Juan provinces—directly adjacent to the massive Filo del Sol discovery—and nearly 50,000 hectares across the Chilean Pampas
